Our beloved Jobzella corp. has made it to 7 years of success, helping corporates find their best candidates and elevate their business on one hand, and helping talents, job seekers find their interview seat in the recruitment world. Providing training for freshmen and overall elevating careers in the Egyptian market and unlocking new opportunities everyday.
Such a big occasion had to be met with great celebrations. Therefore, we decided to celebrate by showing how thankful we are to every individual who helped initiate the essence to which we build upon till today.
Ahmed Hussien, one of our talented Jobzellian designers curated this video in which he used pictures of many of our most influential previous and current workers to thank them for their great work.
However, we didn’t stop there, we also made multiple interviews with some of our favorite previous employees to get employee review on their experience at Jobzella. Amid the several questions that were asked, was to describe their years of work at Jobzella in one sentence, and we got shocking employee reviews!

Previous Jobzellians | Current best-friends
After the celebration, we had short interviews with some of our previous employees and current best-friends. Asked them to talk about their years of employment at Jobzella, what they learned, have they reached their goals? and what was the one thing they didn’t find while working with us?
Mahdy was one of our favorite Jobzellians. He built the vision of our first career fair. He was the first and only designer on set at the time so he had to design everything from scratch. Thankfully, the fair was a great success after his great teamwork with our Marketing Manager, Ahmed Samir!
Pierre Jamal, one of those who built the theme and essence of our brand personality on which other designers developed until this moment.
On the other hand, our all-time favorite Mennah Hesham, the one behind organizing all our successful career fairs. She didn’t like sticking to the on-ground organization. She also explored in the marketing scope and helped us a lot with her experience in predicting customer’s behaviors and handling tough situations.

Tell us about your employment at Jobzella?
I moved to Jobzella after five years I spent in my previous job. It was a new stage in everything. I was motivated to adapt to the new situation and prove I can produce appropriate designs for a big market name like Jobzella.Mahdy Sayed, Previous Graphic Designer at Jobzella
I worked in Jobzella from September 2018 to organize the Mega Fair from scratch. I learned a lot from Samir. How to be both, a leader and a friend, and that our work reflects the success of the whole and uplifts us altgoether. What didn’t you find at Jobzella?
It was not something I didn’t meet in the company. I was confused between two decisions, between to keep doing what I’m doing has reached a limit to which I couldn’t learn anything new, and between entering the field of marketing that I had long-whished to specialize in.Mennah Hesham
I can’t say that I couldn’t meet a certain need in the company because at my years of employment, everything was close to perfect, and without my passion for new challenges I’d have been still working in Jobzella until today.Mahdy Sayed
Tough Situations at Jobzella
“There was a lot. However, I remember one time our sound technician was late at the time people gathered and it was time to give speeches. He wasn’t answering his phone, and my teammates don’t even know about this. Everybody was waiting and we didn’t know what to do. I remembered meeting other technicians at the Greek they day before and that I had took their numbers just in case. Thankfully they answered and were able to help us open the mics so Ramy Khodier could start his speech until our man arrived.”Mennah Hesham
I was the only designer at Jobzella’s first career fair, the work was divided that some was to be outsourced. However, eventually we had to do it all in-house which was a great responsibility at that time. It was my first time to design a career fair. But thank God, hard efforts, and my manager Ahmed Samir, who encouraged me and always simplified situations despite its difficulty, we made it a sucess!Mahdy Sayed
We know our beloved Jobzella is great and we all work hard to maintain a healthy work environment, but to the extent that one doesn’t have even one complaint over his employment years? That was a huge turn up for us and has regained our appreciation and loyalty for this place and for each other!
We hope that to be an inspiration to other companies to do the same and improve their company environment so that people working within it will not call themselves employees, but family and friends.
