7. employee personality patterns you’ll find in every business

Once you submit your name and email address in the application form, you are in “the network”; your potential employer will probably get you through the Internet! This is unavoidable! What you need to do then is to manage your potential employer even before you meet him!

1. Google your own name!

Companies are looking for you, and if you are seeking a promising career path, you will need to brand yourself. Today, you are always online! Have you ever tried googling your own name? You can try doing it from time to time. Whatever is your activity online, will be available in the search engine. So check your content and manage it!

2. No one knows you better than you know yourself!

Your potential employer will go through the Internet to find out if you are really a good match or not. You can easily maintain this by controlling your social media exposure and by creating a content that would be relevant to you as a brand. For example, you can start with blogs and joining Professional networks. You can also create video messages. By introducing an applicable content for you and your area of expertise, your name will come up in search engines with what you would prefer to show! Now through Jobzella you can create your professional presence.

3. You need to create a vision statement

This is usually a summary or a short introduction on your social media platform and it will show up with your name. It has to be one sentence or two as an utmost that would describe you as a person in the coming 2-5 years. But keep in mind that your potential employer has in his list already lots of candidates, so keep it precise to grab his attention!

 4. How to use these platforms?

If you are a beginner in creating brand awareness about yourself, then you should try only one social media platform. If you are already connected with a reliable networking channel, then you should work on various social networks depending on your target audience.

5. Keep it short & simple!

Everything that you post or blog should be well organized. Take your time and do it right so you can perfectly mark yourself. Try to pick up the most interesting facts you know and are expert in, and share them. This will be an add value and will definitely thrill your potential employer.
