Traditional and Life Changing

The choice is yours! And you will make this choice by average eight times in a lifetime.

The easiest way to make a choice between Traditional and Life Changing model is to show you its differences in a simple table:

[bd_table]

TRADITIONAL MODEL LIFE CHANGING MODEL
• This is the so called “game of comparing” • Continues research
• Your only wish to remain in the same branch • You are searching for a new branch
• Your prime goal is to provide for life • You are seeking for a true mission in your life
• Job searching with minimum effort • You wish to do this right! No matter how long it takes
• Your tool is your resume (CV) • You are relaying on homework, research and networking
• Searching for similarities between your resume and job post • Scanning companies which you like and would love to work for, no matter do they have an opening currently or not
• Internet is your only source, and you are not leaving your comfort zone • Internet is very important, but you are insisting on face to face conversations with experts from “new” branch
• If you are hesitant, research labor market and always be up-to-date • If you are hesitant, challenge your family to learn more about yourself by confirming what are your soft and hard skills
• It ends so that you stay on the same path, mainly by postponing your dreams • It ends so that you change your life path by following your dreams.

The differences between these two models are not as solid as this table suggests. You can mix and compare elements from one pillar to another but at the end, the choice is yours!  You need to be sure and clear in which direction you wish to proceed.

Tomorrow we will bring more details on Traditional Job Hunt – how to prepare your resume, how to make it visible and if you can really find your dream job while you sleep?
