A work environment is a Mini place of the world that contains a lot of personalities and patterns. So, if you are an employer or HR manager, you should know them well, and know how to deal with each of them separately; To be able to define the tasks of each one of them, and among the most prominent employee personality patterns are the following:

1- The brilliant employee
Or the “star” is an employee who is remarkably well-known among his colleagues and can prove his skill at work and in dealing with the work environment at every opportunity.

2- The invisible employee
he is less innovative, not noticeable among colleagues, and has a low production rate.

3-Robot employee
He is one of the types of employees already in every organization, and they are unable to contribute to creativity, innovation, or even deal with emergency and exceptional situations, as he only adheres to professional instructions.

4- The ideal employee
the opposite of the automated employee, he does what he is asked to do, and does not mind placing him with new responsibilities and tasks, and he is creative and innovative, as well as being enthusiastic and hardworking.

5- Leading employee
He is an employee who does not like to appear much, but he always helps and directs people, this employee gains his position with respect and work.

6- The passive employee
the employee who has sufficient experience, but is always negative, who can achieve great results, but he only influences other employees with his constant complaints and complaints.

7- Reward employee
This employee’s performance is linked to rewards and financial incentives, and he sees financial matters as the most important to him.

Finally, we want to make it clear that each employee has an independent personality that must be respected by all managers and the rest of the employees, but the employee who can develop himself and keep abreast of everything new in his field of work is undoubtedly an ideal employee that every organization wants to invest.
