  • Flexible Work Arrangements: Offer flexible work options such as remote work, flextime, compressed workweeks, or part-time arrangements. This allows employees to balance their work and personal responsibilities more effectively.
  • Wellness Programs: Implement wellness initiatives that promote physical and mental health, such as fitness programs, mindfulness training, counseling services, and health education workshops. Encourage employees to take advantage of these resources to enhance their overall well-being.
