Quarter Life Crisis

Most would say that youth is the best and most beautiful time in everyone’s life, but is it really?

Of course not, the young adult period starts after collage, specifically between the ages of 25 and 35. These are the harshest years according to psychologists that have labeled these years the “Quarter life crisis”. This period in life is when everyone starts to draw their life’s roadmap and start entering the real world, which may trigger a lot of frustration, insecurity and disappointment.

To tackle this crisis, there are 4 key stages that will help change that feeling:

1st Stage:  Feeling that you’re trapped in a certain job or relationship or both.

In this stage you really have to change your personal or professional life as soon as possible and try to get out of being stuck in a routine.
This can be done by:

2nd stage:  Frequent feeling that change is possible.

This is one of the best stages that you should get the most out of.
If you ever felt the need to change then don’t be afraid to do so, as all who succeeded and wish to succeed learn to adapt and change accordingly. Change is one of the many ways of moving forward.

3rd Stage: The period of rebuilding a new life:

This is the most dangerous stage of all four since it’s the phase where change has already occurred with a clear map set for your future regarding work, training, and personal life. You have to be very cautious in the establishment of this period because your new future depends on it.

4th Stage: The Consolidation of new commitments that reflect your concerns:

Definitely if you reached this stage, you will need daily around the clock support, which will help develop your interests.

After completing all phases, you will learn the meaning of life and will avoid falling into the common trap that is the Quarter Life Crisis.
